Hosting: The website is hosted on Keliweb S.r.l. servers located in Italy (EU).
Technical Maintenance: The agency Radio Bakery (Riccione) handles exclusively the technical maintenance and development of the website, acting as a technology service provider. Radio Bakery does not perform any independent use of the collected data, which remains under the full and exclusive ownership of KM DI MARE SRL.
Third-Party Services: To provide quotation, booking, and marketing services, the website integrates with the platforms MrPreno, Passepartout, and MailUp, which operate as data processors on behalf of the Data Controller.
3. Types of Data Collected and Purposes
Browsing Data: IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users. This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information about website usage and to monitor its proper functioning.
Voluntarily Provided Data (Contact and Quote Forms): Identifying data (name, email, phone) necessary to respond to user requests (Legal basis: Performance of pre-contractual measures).
Booking Data: Data necessary for managing the stay and related legal obligations (Legal basis: Contract and tax obligations).
Newsletter and Marketing: With explicit consent, the email address will be used to send offers through the MailUp platform. The system allows tracking of message opens and clicks to improve the service (Legal basis: Data subject’s consent).
